What does a visit include?
We clear the gutter runs, flush the downspouts and check that water leaves the roofline. Ask for the scope in writing or by text so it is clear on the day: the number of gutter runs covered, whether downspouts are flushed and whether debris is hauled away.
Does a two-story house cost more?
Often, yes. Height, roof pitch and difficult access add time and risk, and our quote reflects them. Third-party figures are only a guide. Tell us the number of stories when you request the quote, and we confirm it when we call.
Do gutter cleaners need a license in Florida?
Nothing we found names a license specific to gutter cleaning, and small jobs can fall outside contractor licensing. Roofing and installation are held to more, and neither is something we offer. Not legal advice; check any company's claims with the state.
